We got the budget down from 4 percent to 2.95 percent. Still have an increase of three more ambulances and improved transit. The Ion line is 90 % finished and Uptown and Northfield are done and easy for customers to visit again. I chaired the committee that overhauled the taxi by-law.  Uber-like vehicles are now legal. They must now have licenses that say they are safe for consumers. Came into force on Dec.1, 2016. On March 1, 2017, the new garbage schedule comes in.
